Travellers will have completed the form online or on paper. To screen online forms, you will be provided a unique login to the Travel Support Software.
If your traveller has completed an online form, they will show you their confirmation notice on their device. A green status will allow you to direct the traveller to exit to follow their isolation plan. If their isolation-plan is incomplete, Use the confirmation number displayed on their screen to enter into the COVID-19 response Traveller Support Software. This displays the traveller’s isolation plan status.
Any adjustments needed to the traveller’s data can be added in the Notes section. For these, Make the determination that support is needed by selecting the button.
If your traveller has completed a paper form, you will make your assessment and support the traveller to complete the plan, and direct as required to the Provincial Accommodation Agent.
Keep the paper form, as the information will need to be inputted into the system at an available time.
